Greetings to you all!
A couple days ago I wrapped up the music for “Take My Hand”, a short film for the Children Cancer Association’s (CCA) fundraiser to be held this coming Saturday. The CCA is a fantastic organization that provides much needed relief to sick children and their families. The film was written and directed by Kenneth Luba and produced by Kaja Zaloudek, my good friends at golightlyfilms, inc., and the marvelous people at Rex Post in Portland took care of the post production.
I will be sharing with you an excerpt of the soundtrack of the film in the next few days, so stay tuned!
Today marks the release of the official Cybergeddon trailer now live at: http://cybergeddon.yahoo.com/. Tune in on Sept. 25th! You can also take a look at the trailer at http://screen.yahoo.com/cybergeddon-trailer-000000150.html
When Chloe Jocelyn, a prodigy of the FBI Cyber Crime division, is framed for a crime she didn’t commit, she is forced to go on the run and team up with Rabbit Rosen, a black hat hacker and her old flame, Frank Parker, to discover who is behind the attack.
The film features music by my friend Freddy Sheinfeld and additional music by moi (we did not do the music for the trailer, though – we took care of the 80 minutes of score).
New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV) made a story about “Life Mission” that aired during their entertainment portion of the news. The interview features writer/producer/actress Noora Albright and fight choreographer Jack Huang. Check out the video here:
I’m very happy to announce that I have taken part in writing music for “CSI” creator Anthony Zuiker’s new project, “Cybergeddon”! My friend Freddy Sheinfeld was the lead composer on the project, and called up myself and Guillermo Silberstein to write a massive amount of music in very little time. The experience was a lot of fun and I can’t wait to share music with you!
Release date is TBA and I will make sure to keep you posted.
From Anthony E. Zuiker, the visionary creator of the CSI franchise and his production company Dare to Pass and Yahoo! Inc., Cybergeddon is a groundbreaking motion picture event, which will bring to life the growing threat of cybercrime.
True to his storytelling form, Zuiker engaged Norton by Symantec to leverage its technical credibility and security insights into the world of cybercrime.
“’Cybergeddon’ is the evolution of the crime genre,” says creator Anthony E. Zuiker. “Through an invaluable partnership with Norton by Symantec and embracing the forward-thinking vision of Dolphin Entertainment, ‘Cybergeddon’ will be a motion picture event released through Yahoo!’s global online distribution.

I had a blast writing the score for this film! Check out an excerpt below:
It has been a long time since I have last posted here. Things have been incredibly buys this summer, and I feel fortunate to be part of great projects. After wrapping up Secret Project #1 (a cyber thriller feature), I demoed some music for an exciting new show (let’s call it Secret Project #2) with friend composer Elik Álvarez (wish us luck for that one!). After relocating my studio, I am now scoring the trailer for an exciting new video game (again, I can’t disclose the name of the project, so let it be Secret Project #3), partnering up again with the creative geniuses at Dirty Robber (check out the trailer for The City of Lost Souls on which we collaborated earlier this year). A week from today, I am scheduled to start working on the Children’s Cancer Association’s yearly fundraising video, directed by Kenneth Luba and produced by Kaja Zaloudek, the heads of golightlyfilms, inc. and close friends. You can check out a commercial we did together for the Children’s Cancer Association here.
I am really excited about this fall season. For one thing, the California heat won’t turn me into a zombie anymore. More importantly, I have a bunch of projects in the works, and I can’t wait to get started on these. Last but not least, I am in the process of building a new studio. I’ll be sharing pictures with you in a few months!

I have been extremely busy this past month writing music for a very special project. Unfortunately, I’m still not at liberty to disclose the name of the project at the moment, but I will make it public when the time comes. I contributed quite a bit of music to the score, under the direction of friend and principal composer Freddy Sheinfeld. Guillermo Silberstein was also of great help in contributing music for the film.
August won’t be any slower, as I am already working on demos for upcoming projects, as well as planning the construction of my new studio.
It’s finally out. “WORDS” is an award winning short film directed by Anup Bhandari, starring Russell Harvard (of Oscar winning “There Will Be Blood” and “Hamill: the Movie” fame) and Miriam Ganz. I had the great chance of scoring this film back in 2010.
Visit Anup Bhandari’s website for the full movie in HD!
Executive Producer – Robert Jones

I would like to wish all of you a happy July 4th (at least for those of you who care 😀 – if not, just read on).
I have a lot of things to be thankful for on this day, but I also have to remind myself that freedom is a work-in-progress, and that there is still a lot to do about it. Current events around the world show us that some of our fellow human beings suffer a great deal, and I sincerely hope that they, too, will enjoy freedom in the near future.
“In the truest sense, freedom cannot be bestowed; it must be achieved.”

On a side note…
My team and I have been working really hard on a few things, one of which being EBMusic’s new video logo. Without further due, I present to you:
