Recent recording session with Uyanga Boldbaatar

Hey folks,

A few days ago, I had the chance to record the extremely talented Uyanga Boldbaatar for a project. Uyanga sang with great emotion and power, with her very unique style borrowing from the classical tradition and Mongolian melismatic chants.

The vocals were recorded by John Weston at Futura Productions, Roslindale MA. He was assisted by Dan Schwartz and Travis Karpak. I’m looking forward to sharing the music with you within the next few weeks! Stay tuned!

You can check out Uyanga’s music at¬†http://www.uyangamusic.com¬†and Futura Productions at¬†http://www.futuraproductions.com
