Orchestrations for “Raiponce et le Prince Aventurier” musical

Orchestrations for “Raiponce et le Prince Aventurier” musical

I have orchestrated and produced some numbers of “Raiponce et le Prince Aventurier”, a musical currently being performed in Paris at the famous Espace Cardin.

“Raiponce et le Prince Aventurier” is a quirky and fun twist on the Rapunzel fairy tale. It features performances by a fabulous cast (Mathilde Hennekinne, Marie Glorieux, Antoine Lelandais, Margaux Maillet, Anthony Michineau, Dalia Constantin, Fabian Ballarin, Adelina Belgodère, Laura Bensimon, Charlotte Hervieux, Alexandre Jérôme, Hervé Lewandoswski, Gilles Vajou), music by Julien Salvia, lyrics by Ludovic-Alexandre Vidal, libretto by Anthony Michineau, miss-en-scène by Guillaume Bouchède and choreography by Linda Faoro. I was called by fellow composer/orchestrator David Bawiec  to contribute to orchestration and production duties.

“Raiponce et le Prince Aventurier” will be playing from October 4, 2014 until February 22, 2015. Tickets can be purchased on the Ticketmaster website.

Edouard Brenneisen wraps score to “I Am Good”

Edouard Brenneisen wraps score to “I Am Good”

I am happy to announce that I recently scored “I Am Good”. The film is my second collaboration with producer and writer Noora Albright, and is also her directorial debut.

In “I Am Good”, Sabrina’s world and hopes crash down into flames. After a serendipitous encounter with Miranda, a woman whose life and aspirations are seemingly very different from Sabrina’s, the troubled woman reconsiders her luck.

December News – Canal Plus commercials, recordings, Shiba Shiba

December news

Hey all,

I’ve been keeping quiet about a number of things lately, but I have been working on a few very cool projects these past few months. There will be some new music from moi very soon in the news section. Until then, here are a few things I can share with you:

Canal Plus/Canal Sat – Commercials

I have recently scored three commercials for Canal Plus/Canal Sat for their “Un Incroyable Noël” campaign (that’s “an Incredible Christmas” in French). The campaign is currently airing overseas. I will share the videos with you soon, but you can listen to the music below:

Shiba Shiba – now available for Android

Shiba Shiba, the über-fun game I scored, is now available on Android devices! Check it out at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.typeoneerror.games.Shibashiba

Recording – a glimpse into the “how”

I’ve been recording some fairly large ensemble stuff lately, and working with soloists in my Los Angeles studio. Here’s a picture taken by the hugely talented Tina Guo during one of these sessions:

Anthony E. Zuiker, the visionary creator of the CSI franchise, and his production company Dare to Pass in partnership with market leader Dolphin Digital Studios announced today the official worldwide premiere date, September 25, for Cybergeddon, a new digital blockbuster about the growing threat of cybercrime starring Olivier Martinez and Missy Peregrym. Today also marks the release of the official trailer now live at cybergeddon.yahoo.com

Cybergeddon follows the story of agent Chloe Jocelyn as she investigates a slew of seemingly unrelated cyberattacks with fellow agent Frank Parker and incarcerated master hacker Chase ‘Rabbit’ Rosen. Chloe and her team must crack the worldwide cybercrime ring led by Gustov Dobreff before it is too late. In a world where everyone is connected, everyone is at risk.

Cybergeddon will debut exclusively in over 25 countries and 10 languages on Yahoo! in a series of nine digital chapters – three per day over the course of three consecutive days.

The experience on Yahoo! includes an immersive site featuring additional clips that provide a deeper narrative with the characters, exclusive on-set photos, behind-the-scenes clips and interviews with the cast and crew. It will also host a special section where people can go to learn more about the stark realities of cybercrime.

Zuiker, Bill O’Dowd, CEO of Dolphin Digital Studios, and the film’s creators made a firm commitment to ensuring the storytelling around Cybergeddonwas not only highly compelling and suspenseful, but also inspired by real-life cybersecurity concerns. To that end, the Zuiker team partnered with online security expert Norton by Symantec throughout the creative process to lend technical insights.

Cybergeddon is a cinematic experience that breaks traditional rules. With the global distribution arm of Yahoo!, we will give viewers a way to have more to do after watching the segments to gain more knowledge and further interact with the storyline and cast,” said Zuiker. “The best part is that all of this can be experienced on any device, anytime and anywhere, day and date with the launch of Cybergeddon.”

Cybergeddon is a first-of-its-kind film co-produced, distributed and financed by Dolphin Digital Studios in a deal brokered and packaged by Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
