And here’s a link to another cue from the film for your listening pleasure: Lilith’s Fall
Produced by L.A. based Dirty Robber, and featuring music by me, “The City of Lost Souls” trailer is up at: http://shelf-life.ew.com/2012/04/18/cassandra-clare-city-of-lost-souls-trailer/
I just completed the music to the upcoming game “Shiba Inu” – check the main titles on SoundCloud:
As I’m wrapping up a couple projects, I’ll be starting to write some more music for the very popular animation series “Yu Gi Oh!”!
This is always an exciting opportunity for me – it is some of the most demanding music I’ve ever had to write, putting my orchestral scoring chops through their paces.
In partnership with golightlyfilms, inc., I will be donating my creative energy to a cause that’s very dear to my heart, the Children’s Cancer Association:
“Kenneth Luba, Director/Director of Photography and Kaja Zaloudek, Executive Producer of golightlyfilms, inc. is very pleased to announce that golightlyfilms will be donating their creative services, working with The Children’s Cancer Association and the San Francisco California advertising agency Hybrid Design, to direct, shoot and edit the opening video for CCA’s new website. Shooting at the NIKE studios will take place on Monday, April 9th.
Also, donating their craft, equipment and creative energy is Eric Macey – Assistant Camera, Robert Pallotta – Jib Owner/Operator, Richard Mitchel – Gaffer, Susan Bogdan – Key Makeup/Hair, Kristy Charroin – Still Photographer, Picture This Production Services, – Camera and Lighting Equipment, REX Post – Editorial Services NIKE Inc. – Studio and Edouard Brenneisen – Music Score.
“When seriously ill children and their families need more than medicine, Children’s Cancer Association is there with compassion and innovation creating moments of respite and hope, in the hospital and at home. Managed by a professional staff and powered by volunteers, CCA brings soothing music in a time of crisis, friendship in a time of loneliness, resources in a time of turmoil and vital support in the midst of life-threatening illness. “
We are proud to announce that our feature film “Population 2” has been selected for screening at the 2012 New York International Film Festival in Los Angeles on April 12 – 19.
The New York International Film Festival was founded in 1993 by entertainment impresario Stuart Alson and is now recognized as one of the largest competitive independent film events in the world. Passionate about exposing the films and documentaries of emerging filmmakers from all over the globe, NYIFF is a unique platform for emerging and established filmmakers to network and screen their work in the hope of getting exposure and a distribution deal. Said indie guru Abel Ferrara in MovieMaker Magazine, “This festival is the real deal: Everybody else just talks about doing it, these guys just do it!”
